Yellowing of raspberry leaves in between the veins may indicate lack of iron or manganese. It's rare to find soil that is truly short of iron. What tends to happen is that the high levels of calcium in recently limed or very alkaline soils prevent plants from absorbing the iron that is available. For this reason, the disorder is also known as lime-induced chlorosis. It usually goes hand-in-hand with manganese deficiency.
