Rosa 'Jacques Cartier' (syn. Rosa 'Marchesa Boccella'), late June. an old Damask Portland rose bred in France and introduced as 'Marchesa Boccella' in 1842, but re-introduced as 'Jacques Cartier' in 1868. Large, rosette-shaped, rich pink flowers with a very strong fragrance, it repeat flowers almost continuously all summer.
