Persicaria microcephala 'Purple Fantasy', mid October. A vigorous, spreading, semi-evergreen perennial with narrowly heart-shaped, pointed, mid- to bright green leaves, each with a prominent, maroon chevron marking and loose clusters of tiny white flowers from late summer into autumn.
